Q: Does CourtStyles sell authentic kicks?
All shoes we sell are 100% authentic. We do not sell fakes, factory variants, or B grades. All shoes are purchased directly from Nike or from authorized Nike/Jordan brand retailers such as Footlocker and Finishline.
Q: What is a preorder?
A preorder is when a customer pays us to guarantee a pair of shoes for them before they come out. All preorders are guaranteed and each preorder has a specified shipping timeframe in the item description.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days of the order date. Once the item has been shipped it takes 1-5 days to arrive in most cases. Preorders have specified ship dates in the product description.
Q: Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number.
Q: Does CourtStyles have a physical store?
No, we are currently online only, but a store is always a possibility in the future.
